Construction dust gets into everything: tracks, vents, cupboards, grout. A post-construction clean is a different job to a regular clean and we scope it that way. You get a fixed, itemised quote and before and after photos of the result.

When should we book the clean?
Once the trades are finished and the site is at practical completion. We come in after the last fit-off so nothing gets dusted twice.
How is this different from a normal clean?
Construction dust needs different gear and a different order of attack: tracks, vents, cupboards and grout before the final floor pass. We scope it as its own job.
Do you remove paint spots and window film?
Yes, film, stickers and paint spots come off glass and surfaces wherever it can be done without damage.
How long does a builders clean take?
Depends on the size and the state of the site. We walk it first and give you a fixed, itemised quote with a timeframe.
Do you document the finish?
Yes. Before and after photos of the finished site. Handover is backed by photos rather than a walkthrough memory.
