We come back and fix it

If the property manager isn’t satisfied with the cleaning, we come back and fix the flagged areas free of charge. Simple as that.

How it works

  1. Get a fixed quote: tell us the property size, condition and any add-ons; we send a set price upfront.
  2. Book your date: ideally after the furniture’s out, before your final inspection.
  3. We clean to the REIQ checklist: thoroughly and we flag anything beyond normal wear and tear.
  4. You hand back a spotless property. If the agent raises a cleaning issue, we come back and fix it free of charge.

Fixed, upfront pricing

Bond cleans are quoted as a fixed price based on the property’s size and condition, plus any add-ons like carpet steam cleaning. You’ll know the full cost before we start, no hourly surprises. Get a fast quote.

FAQ

How much does a bond clean cost in Brisbane?

It depends on the property’s size and condition and whether you add carpet steam cleaning. We quote a fixed price upfront so there are no surprises. Get a quote.

Will I get my full bond back?

Our clean follows the REIQ checklist agents inspect against. If the agent flags a cleaning issue, we come back and fix it free of charge. That gives you the best shot at a full refund. Bond can still be withheld for non-cleaning reasons like damage or unpaid rent.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we have access. Most bond cleans are done with the property empty.

Is carpet steam cleaning included?

It’s an optional add-on. Many leases require professional carpet cleaning. Check yours. We can do it in the same visit.

How far in advance should I book?

Book as soon as you have your move-out date. The clean is best done once the property is empty and before your final inspection.

Do you clean if I had pets?

Yes. If you kept pets we pay extra attention to hair and marks. Note that some leases also ask for a pest treatment, which you’d arrange separately.
