These terms govern your use of the Righto Cleaning Services (ABN 85 692 301 483) website and any services we provide. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
About us
Righto Cleaning Services provides commercial, strata and bond cleaning across North Brisbane and (for bond cleans) around Brisbane.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and current but don’t guarantee it’s complete or error-free. All content, branding and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Righto and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Quotes and pricing
Prices depend on each site’s size, scope, frequency and access, so we provide a tailored quote after understanding your requirements (usually following a walkthrough). A quote is an indication based on the information provided and is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by both parties. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
Services and agreements
Ongoing commercial and strata services are delivered under a written service agreement setting out scope, frequency and reporting. Bond cleans are delivered to an agreed scope based on the REIQ end-of-lease checklist.
Return visits
- Return to fix (bond cleans): if the property manager identifies a cleaning issue within 7 days of the clean, we will come back and fix the flagged areas free of charge. This covers cleaning only; it does not cover non-cleaning matters (such as damage, repairs or unpaid rent), and requires reasonable access to re-attend.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access for us to perform the services (keys, alarm codes, parking and clear areas as relevant). We follow work health and safety requirements on site.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to re-performing the cleaning services or paying the cost of having them re-performed.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
