How long do carpets take to dry?
Usually a few hours depending on airflow and weather. We schedule so rooms are back in action as soon as possible.
Can you clean office carpets after hours?
Yes. Evenings and weekends are normal for us. Your team walks into dry, fresh carpet on Monday.
Is a steam clean required at the end of a lease?
Many leases ask for it. Check yours. If you're bond cleaning with us, carpets slot straight into the same booking.
Can you get every stain out?
Honest answer: not always. It depends on the fibre and how long the stain has been there. We treat what the fibre allows and tell you upfront.
Do you document the job?
